Kayden Thomas has played as a professional musician in many bands, ensembles, and musical groups for fundraisers, town celebrations, bars, weddings, birthday parties, a funeral, other private events, original shows and a tour for The Real Doug Lane along with many other artists.

Kayden enjoys passing on the knowledge he has been given by his teachers and those he has been influenced by to better the lives of the youth especially.

Scenic Hwys

An award-winning printmaker, John’s work has appeared in numerous juried exhibitions, including the 89th Annual Utah Spring Salon (Award of Merit, 2013) and Pictured: Close to Home at the St. George Art Museum (2016). His interest in tourism history inspired a series of vintage-style, screen-printed posters celebrating the golden age of motor travel in western national parks. John also designed Utah’s newest ski-themed license plate.

Utah Color Festival

Caru Das and his wife, Vai, came to Spanish Fork from Los Angeles in 1981, having put a downpayment on a small AM radio station with 5 acres of land. in 1991, They were able to purchase another 14 acres of adjacent land on which to build a temple, which opened in 2001. Later they acquired 5 acres of land in Millcreek and built another temple, which opened in 2019. Caru has 1,000 podcasts linked to the temple web site, 300,000 downloads.

Yoga Forward

Since donning a pair of leg warmers in 1981, Denise Druce has been inspiring people to live healthier, happier lives. Her journey through the fitness industry over four decades has included teaching high impact aerobics, step (on wooden benches!), group resistance training, indoor cycling, and her current passion, yoga. Denise has a Masters Degree in Public Health, is a certified yoga therapist, and a yoga teacher trainer.

Her students will tell you Denise is The Elevator…when you’re around her, you’re going to the next floor!

Dan grew up in Salt Lake City and has a Business degree from the University of Utah. Dan worked in the Insurance Industry for his career managing and servicing clients and owned Benchmark Insurance Agency.

 

His expertise is in risk management and advising architects and engineers in their professional practices and providing their professional liability coverage. Dan earned a Master's degree in Risk Management from Walden University.

Together they have overcome the challenges of entrepreneurship in a small town. They just celebrated 11 delicious years in frozen dessert paradise. They are excited to share their knowledge with the Snow College Seminar students!
