Jill Dempsey is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading and supporting growth-stage companies. As the founder of Liberty Equity, she specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and operational restructuring for family offices and corporations. Previously, Jill served as a General Partner at Dolphin Capital, where she led over $100 million in investments and assumed executive roles in portfolio companies across various sectors.
Her career spans diverse industries, including transportation, finance, real estate, consumer products, and health & wellness. Jill’s leadership has guided companies through complex transactions and restructurings, managing assets exceeding $500 million.
Currently, Jill serves as the Executive Director of US Friends of AMAR, a nonprofit supporting displaced communities in the Middle East and beyond, through education, healthcare, and vocational training.
