The GRIT Center at Snow College was funded by the Utah State Legislature and opened November of 2019. Here, through experiential learning, students develop leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Students have the opportunity to participate in diverse entrepreneurial programming and win funding to put their ideas into action through GRIT Center pitch competitions.

About the Event
Angela Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University where she studied behavioral science with an emphasis in family studies. Angela earned her masters in social work from Utah Valley University as well. Angela has experience working with a diverse population of individuals seeking guidance for their mental health. For the last 2 years she was employed at Central Utah Counseling Center, Sevier County’s mental health agency. And most recently, 1 year ago opened up Clover Clinical, a private practice treating individuals of all ages. She has 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families. Angela’s passion is working with children and teenagers and is currently working towards becoming a registered play therapist. Although her passion lies with the younger population, she sees clients of all ages and is trained in several modalities to treat the diversity of clientele…
