About the Event
Rylar and Nicole are a husband-and-wife real estate team and the owners of Masco Realty. Rylar has been in real estate for over 10 years and brings an MBA-focused, systems-driven approach to the business—making what can feel overwhelming simple and clear for clients. Early on, he realized real estate didn’t have to be complicated or expensive to be done well, which led to offering high-level service at affordable commissions and ultimately helping Masco Realty rank in the top ½ % of agents in Utah.
Nicole joined the business after a career in teaching and coaching high school students. Loving people and learning made the transition natural. Education is at the heart of how they work—especially helping clients feel confident and prepared when it comes to real estate and finances.
