Nathan Allen, Founder of Big Rock Adventure - Snow College Entrepreneurship Seminar

Nathan Allen is an entrepreneur, builder, and founder of Big Rock Adventure, a thriving outdoor recreation company in Utah that serves thousands of guests each year through whitewater rafting, zipline tours, rock climbing, and rappelling. In addition to scaling a seasonal operation with over 18 staff, Nathan has expanded into real estate and hospitality ventures, including short-term rentals and long-term housing developments. 

Nathan combines financial discipline with a love for outdoor adventure and community building. He has experience in what business ownership through acquisition looks like in addition to marketing, branding, operational systems, staffing, and property development.

Nathan and his wife Lisa have two young boys under 2 years old, Austin and Rhett. They strive as a family to make an impact by treating staff like family.
