About the Event
Jacob Semadeni is an entrepreneur, operator, and advisor focused on acquiring and scaling small to mid-sized businesses through disciplined operations, strong leadership, and sustainable growth. His experience spans business acquisition, recurring-revenue services, retail operations, and high-performance sales.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, as well as an Associate of Science in Business Management from Snow College, where he earned top state and national recognition in DECA for Business-to-Business Marketing and Sales Management.
In 2025, Jacob acquired and began operating the Hitchin Post Café and Convenience Store, gaining hands-on experience in owner-financed acquisitions, business analysis, and operational improvement. He is also the founder of Dooezy, a recurring-revenue pet waste management company, where he led customer acquisition, pricing strategy, and customer retention through relationship-driven sales and local marketing.
