About the Event
Doug has a diverse business management background, including senior management roles at a variety of financial services companies. He currently serves as President & CEO, Executive Director at Utah Microloan Fund (UMLF); a non-profit, small business lender and advisor to Utah-based underserved businesses. He also serves on this organization’s Board. Prior to joining UMLF in 2021, Doug served as President & CEO of Summit Financial Resources, a Salt Lake City based asset-based lending company, for 15 years.
Doug is also involved with Utah’s education industry, having served as Board Chair for Utah Association of Public Charter Schools (UAPCS) and Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts (SPA).
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Doug and his family moved to Utah in 2005. Doug is actively engaged in hockey, skiing, golf and all mountain activities.
