Dallin Aston is a real estate developer and investor based in Utah with a passion for turning raw land into thriving, income-producing properties. 

His path into real estate began unconventionally, starting with a guitar company he launched in 2019. That entrepreneurial venture opened the door to raising private capital for short-term rental projects in Moab, Utah, sparking a deep interest in real estate and development.

Today, Dallin is a core member of the team at NovaSource, where he brings development projects to life. He manages the process from acquisition and entitlements through vertical construction and sale, coordinating closely with city officials, investors, and project teams to move developments forward.

Dallin also hosts Deal Forge, a podcast dedicated to exploring innovation, strategy, and relationships in real estate. Through conversations with top developers, investors, and industry leaders, he shares insights that help others grow their careers and expand their impact.
