About the Event
Caru Das and his wife, Vai, came to Spanish Fork from Los Angeles in 1981, having put a downpayment on a small AM radio station with 5 acres of land. in 1991, They were able to purchase another 14 acres of adjacent land on which to build a temple, which opened in 2001. Later they acquired 5 acres of land in Millcreek and built another temple, which opened in 2019. Caru has 1,000 podcasts linked to the temple web site, 300,000 downloads. www.utahkrishnas.org
